TAIWAN for WHO
WHO For all
The call for Taiwan being included in WHO has been on for nearly two decades and after two years pandemic which influenced millions of people's life, Taiwan being the first country to alert WHO about covid-19 virus is simply an act of Love and Peace, Fair and Justice!
Mr. Bun-Ki Dew is one of the Taiwanese democracy pioneer in the 70's who also suffered from the white terror period in Taiwan's history. An forefront activist during his college years in US, he devoted his youth fighting for Taiwanese people's right being its own master on our precious island Formosa. We take this chance to pay our respect and appreciation for his sacrifices specially on 24th April, which was the date that his companions tried assassinating Chiang Jing-Kuo, son of Chiang Kai-Shek, in 1970. This historical event marked the awakening of Taiwanese people from long term colonized character and sowed the seed of independence Taiwan.

Marked 50 years anniversary of EFTA, current chairwoman Jin Hsieh Kruse and her team arranged a marvelous 2-days program in Zurich.
The love for Taiwan brought us all together in Zurich the past weekend even during pandemic times this year. Restrictions announced from one day to the other but the present EFTA chairwoman Jin Kruse and her team did not back down but carried out this event as planned.
We reviewed the last annual meeting held in Zurich back in 1999, listened to politicians determined support to Taiwan, and outstanding musicians' performances, plus delicious Taiwanese and local Swiss delicates. Taiwanese President Tsai Yin-Wen also sent her gratitude to overseas Taiwanese and friends of Taiwan in Europe joining this meeting which touches and encourages us all who voluntarily strive together as civil diplomats in Europe for Taiwan.
Taiwanese Association in Sweden is grateful and proud to be invited and were able to join such a meaningful event. This annual meeting enlightened our vision: Safeguard democracy and freedom on Taiwan and defend its international status.
for this unforgetable
